Return Eligibility

Return Process

2. Provide order number and parcel opening video
3. Once approved, courier the product back within 2 working days
4. After inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• We cover shipping only if the error was ours (with video proof)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

• Products without parcel opening video
• Items damaged after delivery
• Products with missing tags or packaging
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
