Return Policy

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To process any return or exchange:

  • A clear, full parcel opening video is required — from start to finish, with no cuts or pauses.
  • This helps us verify claims of damage or missing items and raise issues with the courier if needed.
  • Claims without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.

Important Notice

Without a proper parcel opening video, we cannot process your return/exchange request or raise complaints with courier companies.

Step 3: Send Back Product

Once approved, send the product back within 2 working days.

Step 4: Inspection

After we receive and inspect the return:

  • A replacement will be issued (shipping charges apply).
  • If the product is damaged or any item is missing, it will be returned without exchange.

Shipping Charges

  • All return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We will only cover shipping charges if the item received is damaged due to our error (with proper video proof).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Parcel Opening Video

Please do not forget to make a parcel opening video. Take a full video from start to end without cut and pause. So if there is any damage or missing product, we can replace it.

  • Without a parcel opening video, we will not be able to exchange the product.
  • Without it, we cannot raise a complaint against the courier company.

Video Requirements

The video must be continuous, clear, and show the entire unboxing process from opening the package to revealing all contents.

Return/Exchange Policy

In case of return/exchange:

  • The customer needs to courier the parcel back within 2 days after receiving the parcel.
  • Once we receive the parcel, the customer will get the replacement.
  • In case of exchange, the shipping charge is on the customer.
  • The product will be checked before exchange.
  • In case of any damage or item missing, we will send the parcel back to the customer.

Shipping Charges

In case of exchange/return:

  • All shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  • We are only responsible for the shipping charge if the parcel received by the customer is damaged.
